Dennis & Ann Ratner, co-founders of Hair Cuttery, were featured in a Washington Post Magazine article this past weekend.
The story describes how Dennis and Ann started with the model of convenience, price & consistency to provide quality, affordable haircuts. They began by opening the first salon in West Springfield, Virginia in 1974 and have grown the Hair Cuttery brand into the nation’s largest chain of family-owned salons.
