The My HCB Access app gives stylists an entrepreneurial edge while providing access to training modules and communications channels. With access to the salon’s daily and weekly performance metrics, stylists can now conduct “what if ” analyses, calculating their earnings based on guest count, home hair care sales, as well as referrals and re-books.
Prior to the launch, salon teams relied on backroom posters and monthly town halls to track their earning and hear the latest news from the support center. Now, Salon Professionals get push notifications and alerts anytime there are important updates. Hair Cuttery Family of Brands’ new app is an effective tool for reaching the company’s 5,000-plus stylists. By enabling push notifications and alerts, Hair Cuttery and Bubbles salons can notify teams about pressing updates and important action items as well as store documents and link to third-party websites. The app also helps Salon Professionals visualize their earnings with images of shampoo bottles that fill up as they service guests and reach their commission-based goals.
